"Mind Creation"

  Our cover this issue, entitled "Mind Creation," is by Cecile Hubene.  Born in Ghent, Belgium, this former international attorney has exhibited her watercolors in numerous galleries throughout Europe since 1985. Self-taught and unconventional, she is known for a style of watercolour which is uniquely her own.   Cecile is resident artist of Gallery Zinzen, a major gallery in Brussels.  Her first love is supporting the World Wild Life Fund (WWF).  Although Cecile is known for her vibrant and colourful images gathered from her travels around the world, the image on this cover is a representation of the fantasy line she is working on.
