From deep grief and personal devastation, I have found that growth and transformation are possible. I can show you how. When talk therapy is not enough, you may choose from any of my structured programs:

1. Meditation Program for individuals seeking a spiritual approach to everyday problems. Teaches meditation, body-scan, and chakra yoga.

2. Relationship Program for finding and keeping love in your life. Examines childhood wounds, dysfunctional patterns, re-romanticizing, and communication.

3. Hypnotherapy Program for attaining specific goals through deep processing. Teaches visualization and self-hypnosis for ongoing results.

4. Career Counseling Program for finding the work you love. Uses a spiritual path to making a living.

Like most therapists, I may use or draw from many western methods. Unlike other therapists, I am able to combine western methods with 25 years of practice and study in eastern metaphysics. I am a meditation instructor at Naropa University and a published author. I work pro bono for hospice organizations and for the GBLT Center.
