You can also choose “special placement,” so that your ad appears early in the magazine or next to articles that relate to what you offer. Rates vary by size and the number of issues you're in. Run a web only calendar ad for $33/per issue (100 word maximum).

MATERIALS

The easiest way to submit your ad is through our new secure on-line form. You can submit up to three calendar ads at once and it contains a nifty word counter to save you time. Once you submit your ad you will receive a confirmation email displaying all of the information you have sent us. This lets you know we have received your ad and gives you a written copy for your records. When your credit card is charged you will receive a receipt via email. What could be easier!

You may also submit copy via e-mail to info@nexuspub.com, or FAX it to 303-442-7596. Ads will be listed under the month in which they happen (two months per issue), under Plan Ahead (for events more than two months out), or as Ongoing (for recurring activities). Payment must accompany ad materials.
